Scaled Sardines
(AKA: Pilchards, Greenies, Whitebait, Greenbacks, Razorbellies)
Scaled Sardines are a very popular bait and are good at catching just about anything from snook to sailfish. They can be fished freelined, with a weight, or with a bobber and can be used as live chum and make great cut bait. No matter what your fishing for having a live pilchard around can only help your chances.
Crabs
Live Crabs are great for catching many species but nothing loves crabs more than Tarpon and Permit. Durning our Spring/Summer Tarpon migration some fish will only accept a live crab. Hook placement is key to keeping them alive on the hook.
Pinfish
Pinfish are a great all around bait. They work well under a bobber but they work very well on the bottom with a weight too. Snapper, Grouper, Cobia, Shark, Tarpon, Snook, and Redfish cant resist a fresh live Pinfish.
White Mullet
(Aka: Silver Mullet)
Mullet are another great live bait. They are very popular for Tarpon, Sailfish, and Kingfish but work well for just about everything. They are also very popular baits for dredges too.
Blue Runners
(Aka: Hard Tail Jack, Hardnose)
Blue Runners are one of the larger species of baitfish we carry. Great for Kingfish, Sailfish, Cobia, and Wahoo, Blue Runners can be fished many ways.The most popular way they are fished is slow trolled or from a kite. Bule Runners are a great addition to your offshore arsenal.
Big Eye Scad
(AKA: Akule, Goggle Eye)
Goggle Eyes are one of the most prized live baits around. Some believe they may be the very best of all live bait for offshore pelagic species. Tournament fisherman seek these baits out because they know that nothing gets a Sailfish's attention like a Goggle Eye fished from a kite. Goggle Eyes may be they most sought after live bait species on the market.
Spiny Lobster
(Must be legal size and "in season")
Live Lobsters are a specialty bait for targeting Cubera Snappers. They may be used for other larger species like groupers. Correct hook placement and rigging is required to properly use these baits.
